We do not accept returns of fresh flowers. If your bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the issue so we can assess and resolve the situation quickly.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement under these conditions:

• Your flowers arrived significantly damaged or wilted

• The incorrect item was delivered

• Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part

If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or we can offer a replacement bouquet at no extra cost.
