Due to the perishable nature of flowers and custom designs, all sales are final.
However, if something isn’t right with your order (wrong item, poor condition, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a resolution through a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
📦 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Orders canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund if preparation or delivery has already begun.
