🌼 Returns

We do not accept returns of fresh flowers. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered under the following conditions:

• The flowers arrived wilted or significantly damaged

• The wrong product was delivered

• The delivery was not fulfilled due to our error

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days, or we may offer a replacement at no additional charge.
